In New York City, we offer both a private sauna pod AND a private sauna booth enclosed in private sauna suites.  Not only is Sweat and Glo your private sweat sanctuary, but we have all the amenities to keep you glowing after your session: chilled eucalyptus towels, shower foam, face toner, and more.

 The state-of-the-art Sauna Pod is a 360 degree infrared pod that fully encloses your body while laying down. Your head will stick out of the pod allowing you to keep your hair fresh and clean. The Sauna Booth is a private infrared sauna booth where you're fully immersed in the warmth. The Sauna Booth is big enough for a partner to join.  Both Sauna options have medical grade chromotherapy.
