Whatever you're most comfortable in! You can either wrap yourself in the towel provided, wear your swimsuit or underwear, or wear nothing at all.

We do not have showers, but we do have products on-site to give you an express refresh once you're finished.

Wear whatever you're comfortable in. You'll be nice and sweaty so we recommend loose clothes. . Most importantly, make sure you're well hydrated before and after.

Individuals who are pregnant should avoid infrared saunas, steam rooms, and any other service that will elevate your body temperature. Also, individuals with uncontrolled high blood pressure and heart disease should check with their doctors before booking a session.

Upon entering the studio, your temperature will be checked with a touchless thermometer. Each room will have an air purifier that will filter and cleans the air between each appointment. During the 15 minutes between each appointment, the saunas will be thoroughly disinfected with a UV wand and cleanser.

In order to prevent overlap of guests, and avoid congestion in the studio, appointments will be required.

Guests must cancel their appointment 12 hours prior to the scheduled booking time

All packages (besides the special intro offer) expire 6 months after the date of purchase.
