Completely rest and recharge for a full hour in your personal sauna, with additional recovery time in your sweat suite. Burn up to 600 calories, sweat out toxins, and elevate your wellbeing with a Power Hour.
An express sweat session that still allows you to experience all of the benefits of an Infrared session within a shorter amount of time. Enjoy 40 minutes in your personal sauna, as well as additional recovery time in your sweat suite.
The Sauna Pod will fully encapsulate you with its' healing properties. This 360 pod has just as many lamps as the sauna booth and can get just as hot. You'll head will be the only body part sticking out of the pod.

Designed to fit up to two people, guests have the option to enjoy with a partner or take advantage of the extra room to lay back and relax.
